The <br />reason for this move is because the lot was under a life <br />estate from my mother to my brother and myself. My mother <br />passed away September 24, 1992. As I have lived in this <br />house for the past ten years and my brother lives in Colorado, <br />we have decided I should buy my brother out of his half. <br /> <br />However, in order for the lot to be unincumbered by the <br />financial institution, they have suggested, along with the <br />title company, that the lot be split at this time to avoid <br />any questions if I should decide to sell the lot at a future <br />date. <br /> <br />The lots to be divided are: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Four (4) Gottfried Plat 2, and also <br />that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15) <br />Township Twenty-Nine North (29 N), Range Twenty-three <br />West (23 W) lying Southerly of Lot Five (5), Block Four <br />(4), Gottfried Plat 2, westerly of the east line of <br />said Lot Five (5) extended southerly and northerly of <br />the South Two Hundred Forty-nine and five tenths (249.5) <br />feet of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4)., and <br /> <br />Lot Six (6), Block Four (4) Gottfried Plat 2. <br /> <br />I thank the Council members for their consideration in <br />this matter. <br /> <br />s1.'ncerelY, ~ <br />C~-~---) ~ <br />~7// <br /> <br />David M.
