Lethert <br /> <br />We understand that Steve and Joan Lethert of 2946 Mildred Drive <br />in Roseville desire to construct a garage/storage building behind <br />their home. Access to this building would be by a new driveway <br />to be installed along the north side of their lot, which is <br />adjacent to the south side of our property. <br /> <br />We further understand that normal code guides require a minimum <br />of five feet clearance from the lot line.
