<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Boucher variance request and recommended (7-0) to approve the request, based on comments <br />and findings outlined in Section 3, 4, and 6 of the project report dated 8/27/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Fred <br />and Laurie Boucher a 108 square foot variance to Section 1004.01A3 of the Roseville City Code <br />allowing the construction of a 1,008 square foot detached accessory building in the rear yard, <br />based on the comments and findings in Section 3, 4, and 6 of the project report dated 8/27/01 for <br />property located a 1166 Laurie Road. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Mastel, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: Goedeke <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
