The periphery of parking areas and drives shall be <br />constructed with pou+ed-in-p1ace concrete curbing. <br /> <br />6. Rooftop equipment, including rooftop structures <br />related to elevators, .h~ll be completely screened <br />from - eye-level view from contic;uous. properties and <br />adjacent. streets. Such equipment shall be screened <br />with parapets or other materials similar to and <br />compatible with exterior materials and archi tectural <br />treatment on the structure being served. Horizontal or <br />vertical slats of wood material shall not be utilized <br />for this purpose. <br /> <br />7. other utilities such as meters and air handling <br />equipment attached to walls or placed on the ground <br />shall be located to ensure their proper function and <br />facilitate easy maintenance.
