House Move Application

Current address of dwelling to be moved - 725 West Larpenteur
Avenue.

Proposed address of relocation: 275 County Road 8.

Utilities - See utility plan. Sewer is stubbed to property line.
Water is not stubbed, but is in
street on the north curbside.

Site Plan - Proposed relocation site has been surveyed and a site
plan developed based upon relocating the dwelling to
the western side of the lot, maintaining a 10 foot
offset from that property line and a 30 foot setback.

The new foundation would be consisting of a
full basement with a walkout to the northeast, which
utilizes the natural lay of the land.

The side yard is naturally highest on the west side
of the property line and will be graded to the
elevations shown on the site plan for the front yard.
The water flow will be traversing from west to east
as it currently does.
It will use the drainage easement which is already
established for watershed. When it reaches the
easement, it then drains northward toward the center
of the property to the east/west drainage easement.
At that point it becomes apparent that someone
dredged a furrow to drain runoff along the fenceline
toward the rear of the lot (275 County Road 8).

Land-
scaping

Small deciduous and evergreen scrubs will be planted
in front of the house and along the sides. At least
one small ornamental tree will be planted in the
front yard with a young colorado blue spruce.
The rear yard will have a minimum of 5 Colorado Blue
spruces planted. The east side of the house will be
landscaped with small ornamental scrubs.
