<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 1993, at 7:30 <br /> <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, <br /> <br />Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following members <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />P. Johnson <br /> <br />moved that the following <br /> <br />resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8950 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boyer Ford Trucks has applied for a special use <br />permit for body repair work at their facility at 1975 Oakcrest <br /> <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned 1-1 Light Industrial and <br /> <br />automotive body work is not a permitted use in the 1-1 district, <br />but may be allowed as a "special use" in an 1-1 district. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application was submitted to the Planning <br />commission and the Planning Commission has made the following <br />findings: <br /> <br />1) The site as it presently exists does not comply with <br />the design standards of Roseville Code Chapter 19. Other similarly <br /> <br />situated properties have been asked to make improvements to comply <br /> <br />with the design standards now in place in the City. <br />2) The Plans as submitted by the applicant do not <br />comply with the Code, and <br />
