This location would employ approximately <br />6-8 fulltime employees, would handle an average of 20-25 <br />customers per day and would require the storage of an average of <br />5-10 cars overnight with a maximum of 25 cars at anyone time. <br /> <br />The total square footage of the property is 11,800 of which <br />the applicant will occupy 1,800 sq ft. The building is currently <br />occupied by office/warehouse users/tenants with approximately 70% <br />warehouse (8,260 sq ft) and 30% office (3,540 sq ft).
