County Road B <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Rothfolk: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its June 29, 1993 meeting, <br />approved your request for a special use permit at 1515 W. County <br />Road B subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the outside sales area will not alter or affect the <br />site's traffic circulation plan or create a safety problem. <br /> <br />2. That pedestrian movement on the site and access to the <br />facility will not be hampered by the outside sales area. <br /> <br />3. That proper landscape screening be planted and maintained to <br />screen the loading docks. <br /> <br />4. That the size of the crates used for outside sales be <br />limited to no more than four at one time and be no larger <br />than 4 feet by 4 feet in size. <br /> <br />5.
