The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has <br />the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The sanitary sewer runs along Lexington and the watermain <br />runs along the rear property line. <br /> <br />2. Any driveway openings on Lexington will need a county <br />permit. <br /> <br />3. Curb cuts on Lexington will have to meet county standards. <br /> <br />4. The Engineering Department has no other concerns at this <br />time. <br />
