<br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Minor Varianee Committee <br />Shari & Joe Eaton <br />Driveway Varianee <br /> <br />We are requesting that the driveway stall off ofRoma Avenue be allowed to <br />remain at its current length after the roadwork on Roma is done this spring. Currently. as <br />is shown on the attached diagram, the stall's length does not meet the 20 foot length <br />required by the city code. <br />The stall was in existence when we purchased the home 2 -1/2 years ago. In order <br />to extend the stall. existing bushes and possibly a wit tree would. need to be removed. <br />Furthermore, we ftankly do not have the funds at this time to lengthen the stall. <br />We have not included statements by adjacent owners as this application calls for <br />because the home to the west of ours is currently unoccupied and an apartment building is <br />across the street. We do not see that any other neighbors would be affected by this stall <br />being allowed to remain:'): at its current length. <br />We will await to'hear from the committee regarding this request.
