Lundquist <br />1241 Garden Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: STREET CONSTRUCTION/DRIVEWAY SETBACK, CITY PROJECT P-93-03-60 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lundquist: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on Garden Avenue, the City <br />Engineering Department has examined all driveways for setback and <br />code compliance. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into <br />compliance with city code during a permanent street upgrading. <br />Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring <br />property lines. currently, the west edge of your driveway is <br />less than five feet from your west property line. In order to <br />comply with city code, this must be re-built to a point five feet <br />from your west property line, or you may apply to vary from city <br />code by a "minor variance."
