<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of August, <br />2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and <br />Kysylczyn, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9933 <br />Include proposed Charter Language vote on the November 6, 2001 <br />Municipal General Election <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a nine-member Charter Commission has drafted a proposed charter for the <br />City ofRoseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will conduct a Municipal General Election on <br />November 6,2001; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville fixes the date of the <br />Charter Election as Tuesday, November 6, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Mastel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, and Kysylczyn. Nays: Maschka. <br />
