<br /> <br />April 27, 1993 <br /> <br />14-29-23-12-0050 ~. <br />Herman Holeman <br />790 Parker Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: STREET CONSTRUCTION/DRIVEWAY SETBACK, CITY PROJECT P-93-02-66 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Holeman: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on Parker Avenue, the <br />City Engineering Department has examined all driveways for <br />setback and code compliance. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into <br />compliance with city code during a permanent street upgrading. <br />Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring <br />property lines and extend a minimum of 20 feet onto private <br />property. <br /> <br />Currently, the east edge of your driveway is three feet from your <br />east property line.
