The Noland Family Trust has applied for a special use permit <br />for light automotive repair at 3114 Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br />2. In order to provide more time to complete modifications to <br />the proposed site plan for improvements to their site at 3114 <br />Lexington Avenue North, the applicants have requested that <br />the pUblic hearing before the Roseville Planning Commission, <br />scheduled for June 9, 1993, be continued to the regularly <br />scheduled meeting of July 14, 1993. <br /> <br />3. This schedule would bring this request for a special use <br />permit before the City Council at the July 26, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue the public <br />hearing on the Noland Family Trust request for a special use <br />permit for light automotive repair at 3114 Lexington Avenue <br />to the July 26, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to continue Noland Family Trust's request for a <br />special use permit for light automotive repair at 3114 <br />Lexington Avenue to the July 26, 1993 meeting. <br />
