The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has <br />the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Need for I'.~ feet for right-of-way along Lexington Avenue <br />as per Ramsey County Master Street Plan. <br /> <br />2. Sidewalk is needed along both Lexington and County Road D. <br /> <br />3. Need a drawing showing proposed parking locations and <br />number of spaces. <br /> <br />4. The parking area needs to have concrete curb along all of <br />the edges and a drainage system that is connected to the <br />existing storm sewer system. <br /> <br />5. A landscaping plan and any proposed sign locations is also <br />needed for the site. <br /> <br />6. Any driveway openings must be no closer then 40 feet to the <br />right-of-way lines of both Lexington and County Road D. <br />
