<br />~z.'5lo\ <br /> <br />5-12-93 <br /> <br />As the City of Roseville has requested we will do the following <br />upgrades to the property. <br /> <br />The parking area will be patched where the tar has been removed. <br /> <br />The outside of the building on the North and West sides will be <br />given a treatment of either cedar siding or stucco. The final <br />bids have not yet been receiveds and the decision as to which <br />treatment will be used will be made after the bids are <br />received. <br /> <br />We are requesting that the South side and the East side be <br />left as is for a two year period to see how the success of the <br />new business developes. <br /> <br />A green strip will be installed on the North side of the <br />property adjacent to County Road D. This strip will extend <br />approximately 80 feet from the East end of the property <br />running toward the West. It will be 8 feet wide and will have <br />a cement guard on each side and on the West end.
