Schmitz <br />900 Burke Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: STREET CONSTRUCTION/DRIVEWAY SETBACK, CITY PROJECT P-93-02-62 <br />Dear Mr. Schmitz: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on Burke Avenue, the <br />City Engineering Department has examined all driveways for <br />setback and code compliance. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />The city of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into <br />compliance with city code during a permanent street upgrading. <br />Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring <br />property lines and extend a minimum of 20 feet onto private <br />property. <br /> <br />'P <br /> <br />. CUrrently, the east edge of your driveway is on your east <br />property line. In order to comply with city code, this must be <br />rebuilt to a point 5 feet from your east property line or you may <br />apply to vary from the city code by, a "minor variance." <br /> <br />I have enclosed an application for a minor variance if you prefer <br />this option.
