CUrrently, the east edge of your driveway is on your east
property line. In order to comply with city code, this must be
rebuilt to a point 5 feet from your east property line or you may
apply to vary from the city code by, a "minor variance."

I have enclosed an application for a minor variance if you prefer
this option. '.

Please contact me at 490-2223 if YOQ have any questions regarding
this application.

sincerely,

4'~ 4'~

Tony A.
