The development of the property at Lexington and County <br />Road B can improve life for the residents of Roseville, and not <br />just to expand commercial interests. <br /> <br />As a member of Roseville Lutheran Church I support this land swap. <br />It would allow the church to remain in its existing location, and <br />expand its facilities without moving. It is DQt the intention of <br />the church to devalue anyone's property. The attached drawing <br />indicates that there will be green space between the properties <br />affected, and the church. <br /> <br />This proposed land swap can only enhance the city.
