<br />1 6 May, 1 993 <br /> <br />Dear Planning Commission Member Keith Wietecki, <br /> <br />We are writing to you as 38 year residents of Roseville to express <br />our support for the acquisition of the Lexington School Property <br />through the proposed swap with Roseville Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />It is our belief that such a swap would be beneficial to the city <br />as a whole in that more people will be able to benefit from a <br />larger park south of Highway 36. Also, a park at the Lexington <br />site will add aesthetic value compared to additional commercial use. <br /> <br />Finally, we do not believe that the plans of Roseville Lutheran <br />Church will harm the neighborhood.
