Also, a park at the Lexington site will add aesthetic value <br />compared to additional commercial use. It would be a good public <br />area for the Little League and other softball/baseball programs. <br />I dislike spreading the baseball sites allover the territory and <br />would prefer a larger, more central, multifield park. <br /> <br />I believe that the plans of Roseville Lutheran will help the <br />neighborhood. How can a church expansion harm a neighborhood? It <br />must be one of the more desirable occupants for an area.
