The Roseville School District desires engineering <br />services associated with preparation of specifications for tank removal and associated <br />services for the 250 gallon (exact capacity of tank unknown) fuel oil tank located at <br />the Lexington School in Roseville, Minnesota. The engineering services include spe- <br />cifications for tank removal, construction monitoring observation and testing and a <br />closure documentation report. STS understands the Roseville School District is in the <br />process of selling the school facility and is required to remove this tank as part of <br />the purchase agreement. <br /> <br />, <br />J <br /> <br />We intend to provide our services in combination with the participation of Roseville. <br />School District personnel. We feel that the involvement of the School District <br />throughout the tank removal process will allow for time savings and cost-effective- <br />ness. <br /> <br />i <br />i <br /> <br />We propose to provide these services to Roseville School District on a reimbursable <br />basis consistent with the attached STS Consultants, Ltd. Fee Schedule and General and <br />Supplemental Conditions of Service which are an integral and enforceable part of this <br />agreement. Unanticipated costs associated with the soil conditions or additional work <br />requested by the client or necessitated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />(MPCA) will be incurred only upon prior authorization from the RoseviUe School <br />District.
