<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has been advised by <br />competent advisors and committees that the following described <br />real property is desirable to acquire as a park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has been unable to negotiate for <br />~e purpose of purchasing" said land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under the statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />the Village has the power to take and acquire such property <br />by power of eminent domain; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />JF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS rOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and <br />:onvenient that the property described below be acquired by <br />:~e Village of Roseville for the Roseville Park, all of said <br />;roperty" being situated in the Village of Roseville, County <br />:: Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: ....f) /<-. ~ A- ./J <br /> <br />"{1{)'l1 <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the estate to be acquired <br />" :ee simple absolute. <br /> <br />.
