f�� <br />� <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: June 9, 2014 <br />Item No.: 10 . b <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br />����� <br />Item Description: Accept the 2014 Resident Community Survey <br />BACKGROUND <br />Earlier this year, the City Council authorized staff to retain the Morris Leatherman Company to <br />conduct a survey of Roseville residents. The 400-person random sample phone survey was <br />conducted during April of 2014. After survey data was entered and coded, results were provided <br />to the city on May 14, 2014. A copy of the survey is attached. <br />Peter Leatherman of The Morris Leatherman Company will be providing an executive summary <br />of the survey results and is available to present a complete analysis of the findings at a future <br />City Council Meeting. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The survey of Roseville residents conduted by the Morris Leatherman Company in April of 2014 <br />should be accepted and consulted where possible by the City Council and staff when making <br />future decisions. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Accept the 2014 resident community survey conducted by the Morris Leatherman Company. <br />Prepared by: Garry Bowman, Communications Managaer <br />Attachments: A: Ciry of Roseville 2014 Survey Results <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
