Letter of Agreement for Oty of Roseville 18 April 1994 Page 2 ADDmONAL SERVICES The following services are not included in the basic services outlined above. These will be additional services and will be provided if authorized in writing. 1. Conduct an on-site inspection of the installed landscape materials and prepare a punch list The cost for this will be a flat fee of $250.00. 2. Prepare inigation plans and specifications. 3. Attend preconstruction meeting. 4. Prepare additional construction observation reports for work pertinent to the landscape improvements. 5. Revisions to the site plan that significantly change the design intent, form and cost 6. Permit applications. 7. Colored renderings. 8. Presentations to neighborhood groups, City Commissions, and City Councils. INFORMATION TO BE F1JRNISHED BY THE CITY 1. Survey information for locating proposed fence and relationship to property lines. 2. Existing grading on site along with locations of all underground utilities. COST OF SERVICES The cost for our basic services will be billed by the hour and will not exceed Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,800.00). Unless otherwise noted, compensation for additional services will be on a time-plus-materials basis in accordance with the attached Standard Rate Schedule. All costs incurred will be payable to the DSU upon receipt of an invoice showing the work completed and the cost of said work. To ead1 invoice not paid within thirty (30) days shall be added a service charge of one and onc-half percent (1.5 percent) per month for each month delinquent. TERMINATION This agreement may be terminated upon written notice by either party. In the event of termination, the City shall pay the DSU for the work completed on a time-plus-materials basis.
