Noise <br />monitoring was conducted pursuant to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Air Quality Division <br />Noise Pollution Control Rules 7030.0010 - 7030~0080. <br /> <br />Area Description: <br /> <br />The 1726 Terrace Drive facility is located in a light industrial park in the city of Roseville, Mn. <br />The area is generally bounded by Fairview Avenue on the West, Ramsey County Road C, on the <br />South, by Snelling Avenue to the West, and by Centennial Drive West to the North (Appendix A). <br /> <br />To the North of the Terrace Drive Facility, on the North side of Terrace Drive is a row oflight <br />industrial facilities housing ARA Inc., and Advanced Circuits, both of which border the residential <br />area to the north (Appendix B). <br /> <br />Equipment Description: <br /> <br />The dust collection equipment consists of a Dustex Baghouse Dust Collector, Model 3439-9-12, <br />connected to a 15,000 CFM Chicago Blower Fan, located on an equipment pad on the east side <br />of the building (Appendix C). <br /> <br />Monitoring Method and Equipment: <br /> <br />Artistic Finishes Inc. <br />1726 Terrace Drive, Roseville.
