The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has <br />the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. If approved Sanitary Sewer assessments of $1,548.25 and <br />Watermain assessments of $1,189.50 must be paid to the <br />City of Roseville. <br /> <br />2. The concrete crub and gutter that has to be removed for <br />the new driveway must meet Roseville standards. <br /> <br />3. A grading plan must be approved before any new house is <br />built. <br /> <br />4. The Engineering staff has no other concerns. <br />
