<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 24th <br />day of September, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9936 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY KENNETH DAMMAN FOR A VARIANCE TO SECTIONS 1004.01Al, <br />1004.1A5 AND 1004.01A6 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 346 SOUTH MCCARRONS BOULEVARD WEST (PF3342) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Kenneth Damman for consideration of <br />variances to Section 1004.01Al, 1004.1A5 and 1004.01A6 on July 17,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on August 14,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was presented to the Planning Commission at their regular <br />meeting of September 12,2001 and recommended a 60-day time extension to allow the applicant <br />to provide more complete information; and <br /> <br />WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on October 14,2001, thus creating <br />the need for a review extension; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Bauer <br />Home request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kenneth Damman for consideration <br />of variances be extended for 60 days, from October 14,2001 to December 13,2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
