40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 <br />47 <br />48 <br />49 <br />50 <br />51 <br />52 <br />53 <br />54 <br />55 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the property acquisition of portions of PID numbers <br />04-29-23-33-0007, 04-29-23-34-0001, 04-29-23-33-0002, and 04-29-23-31-0015 for road <br />purposes is consistent with the adopted City of Roseville 2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized <br />to execute the Memorandum of Agreement for Parcels 1& 2 and the Memorandum of <br />Agreement for Parcels 3& 4 for the acquisition of land from PIK Terminal Company <br />contingent on the procurement of title insurance policies for the properties satisfactory to <br />the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereoi and the following voted against the same: . <br />WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
