It is hereby acknowledged and agreed upan between the parties <br />ti�at: <br />The 4wner{s} ha�e been furnished with the approved estimate of just compensation for the property <br />acquired and a summary statement of the basis for the estimate. The Owner(s} understand that tlle <br />acquired properky is for use in connectian with the Twin Lakes Public Improuements project. <br />�. The Owner{s} understand and acknawledge that SRI�'s Representati��e has no direct, indirect, present or <br />contemplated future personal interest in the property or in any benefits from the acquisition of the <br />prnperty. <br />3. That in full �ompensation for the conveyance of said property, the City af Rose�ille shall pay all <br />inter�sted parties the sum af $� for land and damages. �wner{s) understand that payment <br />by the City of IRose�ille must await appro�al by the Ciry of Roseville, recording of the con�eyance and <br />pro�essing of a uouGher. <br />4. If requested 6y the acquiring agency, the Qwner(s} will cooperate and adjust for clerical errors, any or <br />al! documeniation if deemed necessary or desirable at the reasonable discretion of the acquiring <br />agency.
