It is here�y acknowled�ed and a�recd upon between the parties <br />Ehat: <br />The �wner[s} fza�e been furnished rvith the appro�ed estimate of just compensation for the property <br />acquired and a summary statement of the basis for the estimate. The �wner(s) understand that the <br />acquired property is for use in cQnnection with the Twin Lakes Public Impro�ements project. <br />T��e Qw��er(s} undcrstand and acknowledge that SRF's Representati��e has no dircct, indirect, present or <br />contemp[ated future personal interest in the property or in any benefits from the acquisition of the <br />praperty- <br />That in full eampensati�n fnr the con�eyance of said property, the City of Rose�i(le shall pay all <br />interested parties the sum of $�for land and damages. Owner(s} understand that payment <br />by the City c�f Rose�i[le must a«�ait appraval by the City of Rose�ille, recording of the conveyance and <br />processing of a 4�aucher. <br />4. If requested by the �cquirin� agency, the nwner(s) will eooperate and adjust for clerical errors, any or <br />al[ dr�eumentation if deecned neeessary or desirable at the reasonable discretion of the acquiring <br />agency. The �wner(s) agree to camply with this request within 30 days from the date of mailin� the <br />request. <br />5.
