<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville~ Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1993, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Cushman <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 8975 <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL <br />FOR A FINANCING PROGRAM FOR A MULTIFAMILY HOUSING <br />DEVELOPMENT, GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C, <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF HEALTH CARE FACILITY <br />REVENUE BONDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />PREPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE PROJECT AND PROGRAM <br /> <br />(CARE INSTITUTE, INC. PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by member <br /> <br />Goedeke <br /> <br />and, after full <br /> <br />discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P.Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />245954 <br />
