Meyer 1923 = Average of maximum readings, 1924-1972 = Average of minimum readings, 1924-1972 = Average of medium readings, 1924-1972 - Landside edge of cattailsi D..O..W.. 10/12/77 = 886.6* 886.6 887.8+ 886.3 885..4 886.0 886..5 Fu~ther efforts to document an Ordinary High Water level for Owasso Lake would not be useful and no further inves~igations will be conducted. This comment is made in light of the fact that in' approximately seven out of ten years pumping takes place on OWasso Lake and consequently lake levels are not fluctuating through a "normal" range of levels.. The datum for the O..H..W. by A..F. Meyer has not been determined, however, it probably originated for a 12/13/60, memo by S..A. Frellson.. At any rate it is too high and'should not be used. The estimated O..H..W.. of 885..6 contained in J.M. scherek 10/lS/77 work report is too low and ,is based on limited field evidence..
