To: Mike Falk g
From: Douglas Strong
Re: Planning File #2595
Date: August 6, 1993

This file deals with a Shoreline Permit, variance to Zoning
Ordinance, Rezoning and Special Use Permit at 2750 Victoria.
The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the
following recommendations:

1. A sidewalk is needed along Victoria Street.

2. The new proposed parking lot drainage is proposed to go
to one new skimmer. There should be a storm sewer system
built to handle the drainage for the parking lot.

3.. There is an existing storm sewer built between the west
wall of the existing building and east wall of the proposed
addition. We have no records that show the pipe can take
the added load on top of it. If a new pipe is placed in
this same location it should be placed in a steel casing so
it can be removed if need be in the future..

4. Any old services that went to the buildings that will be
removed form the site must be disconnected at the mains..
Any wells on the land must also be capped per state standards.

5.. There should be an additional driveway opening at the north
end of the proposed new parking lot due to the length of
the lot and the grade of the lot?

6.. Is there any proposed lighting for the new proposed lot?
