This line is the same as the ordinary high water level (OHW) which <br />the DNR ru.s determined for Lake Owasso to be 886-6 (See enclosure). In addition, Lon <br />indicated that we should show the line where the vegetation changes from predominantly <br />aquatic to predominantly terrestrial and to use this line for our setbacks if it is more <br />restrictive. This line is commonly the same as the NHW line. <br /> <br />The building setback from the NHW line on this site is 75'-0" and the parking setback is <br />50'-0". <br /> <br />We will be surveying the site soon and this information is critical to our layout of the new <br />building and parking lot. Please let me know immediately if this is not your understanding <br />of the setback restrictions from Lake Owasso on this site. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />
