Enclosed please find: <br /> <br />1.) Site Plan <br />2.) Landscaping Plan <br />3.) Rosewood Estate Narrative, which explains the project in detail. <br /> <br />As I mentioned, I want to keep the Lake Owasso Land Owners Association fully informed <br />regarding our project. We have been working closely with the City ofRoseville staff to <br />ensure that our project is developed responsibly and that all issues and concerns are <br />addressed. If any members of your association have any concerns which they feel we have <br />not adequately addressed in our plan, I would be happy to meet with them personally to <br />hear such concerns. <br /> <br />Please note that we will be hosting an informational meeting regarding our addition at <br />Rosewood Estate on Tuesday, July 20th at 7:00 p.m., for any neighbors who would like to <br />attend. Of course you and any other members of your association are invited to attend. <br /> <br />After you have reviewed the enclosed information, I will look forward to hearing from <br />you.
