<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1127 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMEN'f (PUD) TO MUL TI- <br />F AMIL Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3A). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with <br />the City Manager in the fonn of a written request to rezone from Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) to Multi-Family Residence District (R-3A), certain real <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing <br />on said matter on the 11th day of August, 1993, and made its recommendation to <br />the City Council~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said <br />matter on the 23rd day of August, 1993 at its regular meeting~ and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by <br />reclassifying the following described property from, Planned Unit Development, <br />(PUD) to Multi-Family Residence District (R-3A): <br /> <br />Lot 1. Block 2, Ralph G. Miller Addition and that part of the South <br />200.00 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 2, Township 29, Range 23 <br />lying easterly of Victoria A venue.
