This <br />variance is requested for the following reasons: <br /> <br />1. The current driveway is inadequate.. Two cars cannot <br />park side-by-side without having passengers exit onto <br />grass or mud (see exhibit marked current). <br /> <br />2. The current driveway does not allow for off-street <br />parking and storage of our camping trailer.. <br /> <br />3. Expansion of the driveway inward would require <br />extensive grading and removal of an established shade- <br />tree (see exhibit marked current). <br /> <br />4.. A minimum of 2 feet will still remain as the buffer <br />between properties. (see exhibit marked proposed). <br /> <br />5.. Approval of this variance will allow me to park my <br />camping trailer as far back from the street as possible.. <br /> <br />I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter .
