<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the city <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, August 11, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Minnesota Coaches, Inc. request for a variance to the zoning <br />ordinance at 1743 W. County Road C (Building B). The applicant <br />wishes to place a 10,000 gallon fuel storage tank on the <br />property. Current state Fire Cod~s allow up to a 6,000 gallon <br />capacity without a variance. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />August 23, 1993 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />The North 291 feet of the following described tract of land: The <br />West 500 feet of the East 2,075 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE 1/4) of section 4, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, except <br />the North 1,446 feet thereof and except that part lying South of <br />the centerline of County Road "C", subject to pUblic roadways, <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, together with and subject to a <br />driveway easement described below: <br /> <br />A driveway easement on and across a strip of land described as <br />follows: The West 50 feet of the East 1,625 feet of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of section 4, Township 29 North, Range <br />23 West lying South of the North 1,737 feet of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) and lying Northerly of County Road "C" and a <br />cul-de-sac with a radius of 60 feet, the center of which is <br />located 1,737 feet South of the North line, and 1,635 feet West <br />of the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4).
