Non withstanding the above, where four or more principal structures are wi thin 300 feet contiquous to the left or the right of the structure in questions, the average setback of said structures shall apply, but in no case shall said setback be less than 35 feet nor more than 125 feet. 5. Parkinq requirements for all Residence Districts: A. Where parkinq is alIowed in yard setback requirement of Residence Districts, no parking or driveways shall be permitted within fifty (50) feet of the nor:nal high water line. Parking areas which serve buildings housing three or i more dwellinq units which are contiquous to lake shore shall be screened with a four (4) foot wall of masonry or wood.
