Johnson, Cush- <br />man, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8756 <br /> <br />Resolution Concerning Disposition of Frank J. Rekuski <br />Versus The City of Roseville <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the attached resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman <br />and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
