<br />... <br /> <br />., <br />~ <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due c:all and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, County. of Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on <br />the 11th day of October, 1993, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The föllowing members were present: Måschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member V. Johnson moved that the following resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9000 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charles Kadrie has applied for a variance to Section 18.100 of <br />the Roseville Zoning Code by requesting an expansion of an existing home and <br />deck at 1281 Josephine Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this variance requests an alteration of the home and deck to set <br />within 17 feet of the normal high water line of Lake Josephine; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that they will allow the <br />alteration of the home and deck to within 26 feet 6 inches of the normal high water <br />line of Lake Josephinè; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that this addition will be 28 <br />feet in width, from east to west (or from one side of the addition to the other), that <br />the addition will be 7 feet 6 inches over grade level, and that the height of the <br />addition shall not exceed 18 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has detennined that they will not allow the <br />c~nS1n1ction of a proposed deck· that would extend closer to the lake than the <br />kitchen addition or any further shoreland encroachment on the lower level at 1281 <br />Josephine .Road. . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville as follows: <br />
