County <br />Road C <br /> <br />Dear Mike: <br /> <br />In a conversation with Mr. William Snyder of Complete Mobility Systems, I understand that the <br />Roseville City Council approved his request for a special use permit for vehicle sales at our new <br />facility at 1915 W. County Road C. I further understand that during the approval process, the <br />Council expressed concerns about parking new vehicles owned by Complete Mobility Systems <br />for display and re-sale. Consistent with the wishes of the Council, Mr. Snyder has indicated to <br />us any new vehicles owned by Complete Mobility Systems for re-sale and display will be parked <br />inside or at the rear of the building. The parking of other vehicles such as those awaiting <br />modification or repair or awaiting delivery to their owners shall be located in designated parking <br />spaces at the rear or the front of the building. By this letter, I am indicating to the City of <br />Roseville that Ryan Companies agrees with this parking arrangement and is comfortable that it <br />will not have impact on any of the other tenants of the building. As you know, the site has <br />more parking spaces than is actually required by code. <br /> <br />The tenant finish work for Complete Mobility Systems is moving along and we look forward to <br />them as tenants in our new building.
