Falk <br />City Planner <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Palisades ADartment proiect Vacation Proceedings <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Falk: <br /> <br />We represent Palisades Limited Partnership, the owner of the <br />Palisades Apartment project on Sandhurst Avenue in Roseville (the <br />"Property"). As you recall, Karl Heinzerling and myself met with <br />you in your office on July 12, 1993 to discuss certain title <br />defects related to the Property that our client wishes to <br />eliminate. The title defects consist of several encroachments on <br />existing building setback lines and certain drainage and utility <br />easements. In addition, a drainage and utility easement and a <br />portion of Mackubin Street per the old plat of Mount Dale <br />Addition still appear on the new plat of Palisade.s Park and have <br />not been vacated. <br /> <br />Enclosed you will find an application for Vacation and a <br />check in the amount of $200.00 to cover the application fee. <br />Also enclosed please find a Survey highlighting and enumerating <br />each of the designated encroachments and parcels to be vacated <br />and a legal description for each parcel to be vacated with the <br />corresponding number of the described parcel on the Survey in the <br />upper left hand corner. <br /> <br />Finally, we enclose a Ramsey County Report for Zoning <br />Purposes listing the owners of all parcels of land situated <br />within a radius of 250 feet of any part of the plat of Palisades <br />Park. We are requesting that you commence proceedings to vacate <br />the areas designated on the Survey and enclosed legal <br />descriptions. Would you please forward to us as soon as possible <br />a copy of your abbreviated review calendar for purposes of <br />complying with the review process deadlines. <br />
