Bear, Inc. <br />2180 North Dale St. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Brausen: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm our understanding regarding the approval of your new <br />off sale license in the city of Roseville. <br /> <br />Firstly, this off sale license will only be approved for the period until 7-1-94. <br />At that time'we will reinspect to determine if your off sale establishment meets <br />the necessary requirements of a exclusive off sale package store. We have <br />discussed the fact that at the present time your off sale establishment does not <br />meet the criteria necessary to be licensed, such as, regular hours, storefront <br />open to the public, etc. <br /> <br />We are agreeing to this approval because you have indicated that you are selling <br />. this business, and the sale is contingent upon it being a viable operating <br />enterprise. <br /> <br />You are also aware that in the future, this type of license will not be approved <br />in the present form to any new licensee that purchases your business in the city <br />of Roseville or elsewhere. In order to be approved, it would have to qualify as <br />a bonafide off sale establishment as stated above. <br />. <br /> <br />I have spoken with the prospective buyer of your off sale business in Rosevi1le, <br />and the buyer is also aware that no license will be issued to them in the present <br />form in Rosevil1e or elsewhere.
