<br /> <br />November 16, 1993 <br /> <br />Yamin Ma <br />2405 Pascal Street N. <br />RosevilJe, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ma: <br /> <br />At the November 8, 1993 City Council meeting, your request for a minor variance <br />to install a sateHite dish in your :tront yard at 2405 Pascal Street North was <br />approved. <br /> <br />The Council approved the request for a 2 year period. They will review and <br />consider extending the variance in November of 1995. The Council members <br />indicated that they hoped by 1995, improvements will be made to the local cable <br />system to allow the system to carry the children's language education and nOI1- <br />English speaking elderly infonnation/entertainment programs.
