Owasso Blvd. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Fa1k, <br /> <br />I'm writing this letter to request a variance to tear down the <br />above stated property and rebuild, using the same foundation <br />dimensions. <br /> <br />This is a non-conforming property and I'm requesting a variance <br />due to the shoreline setback requirements. This property has <br />been a problem for both the neighbors and the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />I purchased this property with the intent to clean out the house, <br />grounds and remodel as necessary. <br /> <br />In the past several months through the cleaning and demolition <br />process, I've come to the conclusion that the 20 plus animals <br />the previous owner housed had created an extreme irrèversib1e <br />odor that leave me no alternative but to tear down and complete- <br />ly remove all building materials that remain with the original <br />structure. <br /> <br />I have enclosed a site plan of the existing property and a pro- <br />posed plan for the new structure. <br /> <br />I appreciate your attention to this matter. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />/0-/ <br /> <br />
