Per our discussion, it appears that we will need a variance to conform with <br />the Ramsey County major street plan. This plan requires an additional 21/2' of right-of-way <br />along the County Road C side of our project. As you will see by reviewing the plan, we are <br />only requesting a very small portion of the building to be within your 401f2' setback area. <br /> <br />I would also like to request the city engineering department to contact the County regarding the <br />other items on Dave Claypool's memorandum regarding the grading plans, drainage plans, and <br />approval for access in construction, and utility permits. If you would like us to handle those <br />items, please let me know as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Thank you again for your assistance.
