This letter is intended to <br />confirm our phasing plan. Please refer to the attached <br />Preliminary Plat dated October 29, 1993 for lot and bldck <br />information referred to in the following paragraph. <br /> <br />Lots 1-6 Block 9 will b$ the f.iY'et unit we build. Two of <br />the units will serve as our model and the remaining 4 will <br />be offered for sale immediately. <br /> <br />The four buildings along Highway 34 will be-constructed <br />from'$$.$t to west; Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, and then <br />Block 4. ~ will offer the four buildings ~lO)ì9 Grandview <br />for sale at the same time.
