Those utilities <br />proposed to be turn over to the City for maintenance and ownership require a <br />one year maintenance warranty. A utility easement would be required to cover <br />those utilities proposed to be given to the City. <br /> <br />£. <br /> <br />The connections to the existing sewer and water mains on the Grandview side <br />of the property must meet Roseville standards. The street must be replaced per <br />Roseville standards. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Three of the five legs of new watermain to the south of Lovell Street are dead- <br />end lines without hydrants on them. They need to be connected to the legs <br />east or west of them to provide better water standards or hydrants need to be <br />added to the ends of the lines. Water lines that are not dead-end lines provide <br />better water quality and pressure. <br /> <br />h. <br /> <br />New driveway openings must meet Roseville standards. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />There is no landscaping plans with the file <br /> <br />J. <br /> <br />The roadway system shown on the plans scales 20 to 21 feet in width. Sidewalk is required along Grandview Avenue <br /> <br />b. That a traffic study be done. (To be presented at meeting). <br /> <br />c. That a storm sewer study be done to determine if the existing storm sewer in <br />Lexington Avenue can handle the additional runoff. (Completed). <br /> <br />d. That all curb cuts must be done as per Rosevi1le!s standards. <br /> <br />e. That all utility placement must meet Roseville standards.
