Sidewalk is required along Grandview Avenue. <br /> <br />2. A traffic study should be done for the two new streets <br />opening onto Lexington and Grandview. <br /> <br />3. A storm sewer study needs to be done to see if the <br />existing storm sewer in Lexington Avenue can handle the <br />additional runoff. <br /> <br />4. \ All curb cuts must be done as per Roseville's standards. <br /> <br />5. All utility and street work must be done per Roseville's <br />standards. Any utilities that are proposed to be turned <br />over to Roseville's must be located in easements as per <br />Roseville's standards. <br /> <br />6. No landscaping plans. <br />
